I bring 28 years of experience and expertise to Wyoming Indian Schools. I have been a classroom teacher, reading intervention specialist, Instructional Facilitator and Reading Coach, and Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. The experience in these areas has developed my knowledge in working with students of all ages and staff at all levels. The knowledge I bring supports the district goals with coaching and modeling, conferencing, and feedback to grow the teaching staff. I bring a level of experience from the Curriculum Director’s position to assist with data analysis, professional development planning, strategic goals, literacy plans, and school improvement goals.
