Special Education Teacher
I graduated from Polo Community High School (Illinois) in 2002.
I graduated from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in athletic training/sports medicine in 2006.
I completed two additional Bachelor’s degrees concurrently through Western Governors University, while working full-time as a paraeducator. These degrees are in elementary education and special education.
I began teaching at Wyoming Indian High School in 2017. I have been teaching in the Special Education Department. This year, I teach in the REDY room. I also serve as an advisor for Student Council.
I am married to Coleman Griffith. My family mostly lives in Illinios, Wisconsin, Colorado, and Maine.
We have two dogs and a cat, plus a yard full of chickens and a big garden.
With my family, I enjoy hiking, biking, growing food, and learning new things. I knit, spin, dye, and weave, and teach classes in fiber arts and dog training in my spare time.
