WELCOME TO MY INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITATOR HOME PAGE.
I am the Wyoming Indian High School Instructional Facilitator. I work closely with the administration to provide professional development for staff, coordinate and plan small-group training, attend department meetings, suggest ways to improve instruction, and research new practices for teachers. I visit classrooms, focusing on instructional strategies and student engagement, to assist instructors in creating the best learning environment for each student. I am guiding teachers in the use of student data from district, classroom, and state assessments to inform educational practices. Above all duties, I create and support a professional culture in our school; serving in a leadership role on the School Leadership Team – our Guiding Coalition.
A big part of my job is being accessible. My door is always open. Teachers, staff, students, and parents can walk in any time with questions or request help.
I am looking forward to a great school year!
