My name is Owen St. Clair, Superintendent at Wyoming Indian Schools. I am a member of the Pawnee Tribe(Skidi Band and Pumpkin Vine Clan) and of the Navajo Tribe(To’tsohnii-Big Water and Ta’baahi-Edge of Water Clans)
I have been an educator in the Wyoming Indian Schools district since the Fall of 1995. During this time I have been a teacher, coach, and now an administrator.
