This form is required annually for families residing outside the FCSD#14 district boundaries.
If you live in the Fort Washakie, Arapahoe, Pavillion, Riverton, or Lander School Districts, you will need to complete this form.
Returning Students:
If your student is returning to FCSD #14, you should have received a one-page Out-of-District Variance Request form in the mail. Simply complete the front page and return it to the District Office. No signatures from your resident school district are required for returning students.

New Students:
If your student is enrolling at FCSD #14 for the first time and lives outside the district boundaries, you must complete the
full Out-of-District Variance Request packet
. This process includes obtaining the required signatures from your resident school district and ensuring that your student's records are transferred to FCSD #14.
